Belzona 1111 (Super Metal)

A 2-part repair composite for metal repair and resurfacing based on solvent-free epoxy resin reinforced with silicon steel alloy. This repair material will not corrode and resists a wide range of chemicals. It is easy to mix and apply without the need of specialist tools and can be machined using conventional tools.

Belzona 1121 (Super XL-Metal)

A 2-part repair composite for metal repair and resurfacing based on solvent-free epoxy resin reinforced with silicon steel alloy. This repair material has been developed to offer an extended working life, ideal for large applications where greater volumes of material are required or to provide adequate working time at higher temperatures. Belzona 1121 (Super XL-Metal) will not corrode and resists a wide range of chemicals. It is easy to mix and apply without the need of specialist tools and can be machined using conventional tools.

Belzona 1131 (Bearing Metal)

A 2-part epoxy metal repair composite with self-lubricating properties for creation of low friction surfaces and protection of lubrication systems from wear and seizure in the event of lubrication loss. This solvent-free repair composite has a unique microporous structure which allows it to trap and hold lubricating oil, minimising friction at start-up and improving the efficiency of mechanical equipment such as pumps. It has outstanding chemical resistance and will bond to almost any rigid surface without the need for hot work.

Belzona 1151 (Smoothing Metal)

A 2-part epoxy-based repair composite for rebuilding shallow pitting in metals damaged by erosion and corrosion. This solvent-free material is specifically formulated to easily fill in areas of metal loss up to 6 mm deep, quickly restoring large areas and avoiding hot work and plate welding. Belzona 1151 (Smoothing Metal) will not corrode and will resist a wide range of chemicals.

Belzona 1161 (Super UW-Metal)

A 2-part composite material for metal repair and resurfacing based on a solvent-free, surface-tolerant epoxy resin reinforced with silicon steel alloy. This composite material is specifically designed for application to wet and oil contaminated surfaces, as well as for underwater applications. It is easy to mix and apply without the need of specialist tools and can be machined using conventional tools.

Belzona 1212

A 2-part surface-tolerant epoxy composite engineered specifically for in-situ application to wet, oil contaminated and underwater surfaces. This multi-purpose solvent-free material exhibits rapid cure and excellent adhesion to manually prepared substrates, where grit blasting cannot be achieved.

Belzona 1212 is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools and is ideal for repair kits and emergency situations, ensuring fast back in service time.

Belzona 1251 (HA-Metal)

A durable, single component metal repair composite based on a silicon alloy blended with a heat-activated epoxy resin. Designed to repair and protect metal surfaces suffering from Corrosion under Insulation (CUI), Belzona 1251 (HA-Metal) can be easily applied by spatula, applicator or brush.

This heat-activated material can be applied directly onto hot surfaces (70-150°C / 158-302°F) with minimal surface preparation avoiding production downtime. Once cured, this solvent-free repair composite provides outstanding corrosion protection.

A 2-part ceramic filled epoxy coating designed to provide erosion and corrosion resistance of metal surfaces. This solvent-free epoxy coating has outstanding chemical resistance and will bond to almost any rigid surface. Due to its high compressive strength it can be also used to create a perfect shim. This material is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools and it cures at room temperature eliminating the need for hot work.

A 2-part spray- or brush-applied epoxy coating for erosion and corrosion protection of equipment operating under continuous immersion up to 50°C (122°F). This solvent-free coating can be easily mixed and applied at ambient temperatures as a one or two coat system. Its 24 hours overcoating window allows large applications to be quickly completed, reducing downtime.

Due to its capability for high film build in a single coat without sagging and superior erosion resistance, Belzona 1331 is ideally suited to be used as an epoxy pipe lining for protection of girth welds on internal field joints. This new generation spray-applied filler-free coating provides the robust protection of a ceramic coating without causing wear or damage to spray equipment.

Belzona 1341 (Supermetalglide)

A 2-part epoxy coating designed to improve efficiency of pumps, pipes, valves and other fluid handling equipment while protecting them from the effects of erosion and corrosion. This high performance product is proven to reduce energy consumption, provide excellent chemical resistance and lower maintenance costs.

Belzona 1341 (Supermetalglide) improves pump efficiency by using hydrophobic technology to repel process fluids and reduce turbulent flow. Efficiency increases of up to 7% have been recorded on new equipment and up to 20% on refurbished equipment.

This solvent-free coating provides excellent resistance to a wide range of aqueous solutions, hydrocarbons and process chemicals. It is easy to mix and can be applied using a stiff bristled brush or applicator.

Belzona 1391 (Ceramic HT) can also be used as a high strength structural adhesive for metal bonding and to create irregular load bearing shims where a high temperature  material is required.

It is easy to mix and apply using heated airless spray equipment and it cures at room temperature reducing downtime.

Belzona 1391T

Belzona 1391T is a 2-part ceramic filled epoxy coating which provides erosion and corrosion resistance to

equipment operating under immersion up to 120°C (248°F). It offers excellent resistance to a wide range of aqueous solutions, hydrocarbons and process chemicals.

This 2-coat, solvent-free system is applied using simple hand tools to areas requiring maximum erosion resistance. It has a long overcoat window and can be rapidly force cured allowing applications to be effectively completed with minimal downtime, shortening application time and simplifying maintenance procedures.

For situations where a sprayable coating is required, Belzona

is ideal.

Belzona 1392 (Ceramic HT2)

A 2-part high temperature epoxy coating formulated to provide metal surfaces with erosion and corrosion protection in combination with excellent chemical resistance. Belzona 1392 (Ceramic HT2) will resist water, aqueous solutions, hydrocarbons in acid contaminated water and hydrocarbons up to temperatures of 120°C (248°F) in continuous immersion.

This easy to use epoxy coating can be applied by brush or applicator eliminating the need for specialist tools and will cure at room temperature.

Belzona 1511 (Super HT-Metal)

A two-part repair composite based on a solvent-free epoxy resin reinforced silicon with steel alloy. This high temperature repair system is designed for metal repair and rebuilding equipment and provides excellent corrosion protection. Under immersion, Belzona 1511 (Super HT-Metal) is suitable for applications up to 150 °C (302 °F). This product can be overcoated with 

 without the need for frost blasting, significantly reducing application costs and downtime.

Belzona 1814

Belzona 1814 is a cost-effective 3-component repair system for the protection of surfaces subject to abrasive attack. This material is designed to provide protection in highly abrasive environments and is specifically formulated for application over large areas. 

Supplied as a three-part system, with a base, solidifier and aggregate, Belzona 1814 is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools. This thixotropic material will adhere to a wide range of substrates, providing a seamless abrasion resistant lining at thicknesses up to 12.7mm (1/2in).

Belzona 1818 is a fast curing, surface tolerant, abrasion resistant system ideal for patch repairs on surfaces subject to high erosion and abrasive environments.  

Its fast curing properties results in minimal downtime for damaged equipment, and the product can experience full mechanical loading in as little as two hours after application.  

This material has built in surface tolerant technology, enabling it to bond tenaciously onto steel substrates even when surface preparation is minimal or if the substrate is heavily contaminated with oil or water. The product can even be applied and cured underwater.  

Supplied as a two-part system, Belzona 1818 is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools and can be applied direct to the substrate with no need for an additional primer.
